This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. My long time dentist, who was amazing, retired and I saw Dr Nava to have my occlusal guard filled. The receptionist brought me back and I told her that my guard needed to be filled, several times, as she is not a native English speaker. She then took my guard for cleaning. She came back shortly after to say that the dentist snapped the guard in half while she was looking for the break! I freaked out because I have severe TMJ/TMD and night grinding.
