Subpar food. My poor husband had an awful steak so much fat on it. Sides and steak were bland. Not our favorite place we visited in Hannibal. Would not recommend.
amazing food drinks and service clean and inviting and smelled sooo good! hard to pick something over steak but the pork steak was to die for. 5 stars
I honestly cannot say if the food is good or not. The first time there I ordered a steak medium well. Was brought to the table still bleeding, I sent it back to the kitchen to have it redone. 20 mins later waitress came back still not done. 15 mins later after everyone I was there with finished eating the waitress comes over and tells me my steak was still not done. i went here Wednesday for my birthday dinner. I was greeted takan to our table, and asked what we wanted to drink. we ordered our drinks she came back with them, and asked if we was ready? I asked for a couple more minutes. She greeted two other tables and took there drink orders. I told my sons father to close his menu so they know we are done. we sat there for about 20 mins as our waitress kept passing us not even acknowledging that we were there. We came in to Hannibal for a week visit and had to stop by one of our old favorites to get a steak. They were out of rib-eyes. They were out of t-bones. They were out of New York strips. We were pretty disappointed but decided to try the baby back ribs. They were amazing but the whole experience was just not what we expected.
Food was all over the place salads out after 45 mins then 2 of 4 kids meals , then appetizers, then the other two kids meals then our food. Which my grandmas nachos had no cheese , my garlic shrimp scampi had no garlic and no flavor. Then to top it off it Took an hour to get checked out as they had absolutely 0 clue how to use the restaurant.com gift cards that they listed. RecommendedFirst time but we’ll be back again!
so my experience was DISGUSTING!!! I took a drink of my Pepsi only to find my Pepsi was filled with onion rings.. I gagged and spit the onion ring out, and the waitress came over and started to bare handed pick up the onion ring pieces that I had gagged out on the table. My date got the smoked brisket, and got 2 thin pieces that smelled funny. We complained and got an Im sorry.. NO MORE DRAKES FOR ME. If you cant take care of your customers and make your mistakes right, you lose customers...
