My car got broken in to & they did absolutely nothing about it. Didn’t even show a bit of sympathy towards the situation. Apparently it happens at lot of here while asking my neighbors. I don’t recommend living here at all ! it cost way to much & it’s just not worth the price. It’s embarrassing ! it’s a “private property” but yet no action is being taken. RecommendedIt’s a great place, the units are great and the office staff are easy to work worth. The location is great and it’s been a relatively great experience. Only down side is the price is a little high but not horribly unreasonable. Overall it’s a great place and worth the move.

I moved here on March 1st and Susan was very patient and flexible with me during the whole move-in process. She made sure I had no worries, she wanted me to just let her do her job and rest easy. And it all worked out. The apartment itself is very nice, lots of space and quiet. Very happy with my move here!
Great location and amenities.
the staff is very friendly and courteous to all needs that me and my roommates have had over the year. it's by far one of the quietest apartments I've lived in and the rent is very reasonable for all the accommodations!
Drakes pond is a great place to call "home". The entire staff are always very helpful and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Maintenance is always on top of any issues. The grounds and facilities are kept up. We love the convenience of the shops and dining on W. Main and Stadium drive, it’s nice not fighting traffic downtown and on Westnedge!
I had to move out quickly in a bad situation, and drakes pond was helpful in quickly getting me into a new safe home. My favorite leasing agent is Alexis and Madi, as they are always smiling and willing to go above and beyond for you. It is obvious they are hard workers. I also love the events, and the amenities included at drakes pond. Thanks drakes pond for helping me out.
