I can't imagine a negative review for Dr. Cramer. I had a great experience. He's incredibly smart and a sharp dresser. As I've just crossed into having old people issues, he listened, reviewed my test results, and was brutally honest about my diagnosis. He developed a plan and put everything into action. What else could you ask for? I'm pleased. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming.
Dr. Cramer is an outstanding physician. My experience with his office has been nothing less of helpful, efficient and professional. I have been very pleased with the care that Cramer has provided and I am grateful to have such a caring and excellent doctor.
I would NOT recommend Dr Cramer to anyone seeking compassionate and competent medical care. First of all, I explicitly mentioned that I only needed a complete physical exam, but I was billed for two separate visits: one for the physical exam and the other for an office visit. This was not only confusing but also DISHONEST. Because of his actions, I was billed for a significant amount that my insurance did not cover, even though it was supposed to be a fully covered physical exam.
