If I could give less than a one star, I would. Within minutes of my friend signing the lease, the manager said not to go into the other units because of a reoccurring bed bug problem, and now she is being forced to pay for an exterminator even though she hasn't let anyone in her apartment other than her mom (who doesn't have them). If this has been an issue for a while, do not charge tenants who are getting bugs from neighboring units. Disgusting.
