I took my vehicle on January 24, 2022 for repair and NOONE from Drake's has contacted me. I have reached out to them only to be told by Connie someone had a dentist appointment, then the next day I called back and Connie told me she has 22 people standing in front of her. What does that have to do with the update on my vehicle status. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Jaqueline took care of everything after my accident and the vehicle looks brand new. They replaced the driver side door front and back. And Jacquelyn even paid for the $250 deductible due to my insurance company. And they picked up the last week of my rental car, as my insurance company cover only the first 30 days. TRUTH! The day of my accident I received 2 tow trucks at the same time, and I chose Abdul, I was suppose to take my car where the insurance co., suggested but he told me about DRAKES, he was saying how great the place was well,... I recommend Drake's Collision to anyone looking for a place that will take care of your vehicle like its their own. I was very pleased with the work done on my car. I was unable to find where the car had been hit. And the cost very reasonable. I hope I won't need a collision repair shop again, if I do, Drakes would be the first call I would make.
Unfortunately yours truly was involved in a fender bender but fortunately for me I found out about Drakes Collision. I didn't think places like this still existed where the costomer comes first and respected.Jackie and Jeff did a Great Job on the customer service end...And a Great Thank You to the Skilled Workers involved in the garage.
