Drake was hands down our favorite realtor we’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable and well-connected. We sold our house in record time and were very pleased with how Drake walked us through the process and helped us to understand everything so that we could make an informed decision when it was time to accept an offer. (We had multiple!!) He went above and beyond in every way. We cannot recommend him enough! There isn’t anyone better to handle your buying/selling experience in the Lynchburg area. Thank you Drake!
As a first time home buyer, Drake made the process so easy! He took the extra time to explain all of the paperwork in layman's terms which I really appreciated. He made sure I was getting the best deal possible and pushed for repairs. He made it a point to tell me if something couldn't get fixed by the seller then he would help me figure it out. And he did! The seller would not pay to get the dryer vented so Drake and the seller's realtor paid for me to get it vented. He was so great to work with!
Drake and the eXp Realty team in Lynchburg do truly great work. We were out of state owners needing to find a realtor that would be able to help really handle a lot of the steps along the way while we sold our place and Drake and the team did just that.
