They have been great, every visit. We never have to wait long and just like Cheers, they know your name when you walk in the door.
We love Drake Road Orthodontics! At first we were a little nervous about this new journey but the staff were amazing! They took time, sometimes more than once, to allay any concerns we or our child had and walked us through step by step. They also went the extra mile by seeing us on short notice on a Friday to fix an unexpected issue. Friendly staff, comfortable environment and first rate care!
Everyone is so friendly! Had to come in due to my daughter being hit in the mouth with a baseball. The ball pushed back a permanent tooth. They got me in right away and were so great with my 6 year old. Everyone from the front of the house to the back of the house is so kind and helpful. The Orthodontist did such a great job explaining what it is they were doing. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
Highly recommend this Orthodontics practice! The entire staff is excellent. They're thorough, attentive, and personable. I cannot say enough good things about all of them! They treated my 2 kids and myself and we all had great experiences and excellent outcomes.
Doctor Randall and her team tackled my husband's 67 year old set of teeth and made his smile even more charming! Thank you! GREAT job!!
