I had this contractor out to repair my garage door a while ago. Since then, my doop opener failed and I was getting estimates to repair or replace the opener. Every contractor mentioned that the counterweight springs installed were incorrect. These were grossly undersized for the door. Drake Reed Door Co. had installed the springs after one had broken.
