Never answer their emails. Very late to answering and gets to the point where you have to email them multiple times until they answer. And then when they do guess what.. You have to wait again and keep emailing them until they answer. It’s almost like nobody is working. Which makes us have anxiety when we have people parking in our spots, upstairs neighbours too loud, or something breaks. Can’t rely on them what so ever.
To whom it may concern, We have been battling with Drake properties over apartment 611 pouring water down on our balcony, preventing us to enjoy it. We were then given an eviction notice saying if we don't smoke outside on the balcony, we will be evicted. We have been following the direction of Drake properties and have been smoking on our balcony. However the unit above,611 still pours water over the balcony. Worst landlords ever.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Drake Property Management. Unfortunately, the level of property management and customer service has been far below what I would expect from a professional management company. One of the biggest issues has been the ongoing cockroach problem in the building. Despite reporting the issue and requesting proper attention, the problem has continued and has caused significant frustration and discomfort. Maintenance is another major concern. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THEIR APARTMENTS. THEY HAVE WASHER AND DRYER IN THE NEW UNITS AND YOU CANT EVEN USE THEM. ITS A SCAM YO MAKE THE NEW UNITS LOOK SO WONDERFUL. BUILDING IS NASTY. OWNER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT TENANTS AND THE CONDITION OF THE BUILDING. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE TO SAVE YOU A HUGE HEADACHE
