They recently purchased my building and the experience has been horrible. The assistant manager informed me that I had a balance of 1 months rent and sent me their spread sheet. The month that I owed them the rent for was Aug 2026. It is currently July 2026. How can I owe you for Aug when its still July.
Very disorganized property and management. Imagine reporting an issue for 3 months now. I have to kitchen tap. I have mailed and used the site to upload a picture, yet no repair whatsoever.
I would strongly advise anyone considering renting in a Drake Management building to do thorough research before signing a lease. The bed bug problem in this building is severe and ongoing. Even units that have been recently renovated are affected. Within the first week of moving in, I was forced to throw away clothing, personal belongings, and household items because of bed bug contamination.
