150 hughson street south I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after living here for almost half a year, I’m honestly very disappointed with the condition and management of this building. One of the biggest issues is cleanliness. Even though there appears to be a cleaning person coming regularly, the building is constantly dirty. Reposting this review because it appears a large number of negative reviews, including mine, were removed. My experience at 150 Hughson St S has been extremely disappointing. There have been ongoing issues with roaches, mice, garbage buildup, sanitation, maintenance delays, and poor communication from management. The cleaning standards in the building are unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if possible. This company is a joke and neglects their tenants, takes advantage of them and do nothing to help you. They hit us with hidden fees to raise our rent by $200, they don't fix anything, they never return emails or calls, the building manager repeatedly parks in our spot, leaving us with nowhere to park for hours and then acts extremely rude towards us. The building is unsecured, unsafe, unsanitary and overall awful. DO NOT RENT FROM DRAKE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND LIE TO YOUR FACE
