I am extremely disappointed with my experience since moving into 2200 King St East just one week ago. One of the most important amenities included with my lease was a parking spot, yet this issue remains unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received very little communication and no clear solution from the management team. My experience with management has been disappointing. Before signing the lease, I was informed by the leasing office that the unit was equipped with air conditioning, but after moving in I was told otherwise. Despite providing supporting information and following up multiple times, I was unable to receive a satisfactory resolution. Communication regarding my concerns, including a utility discount issue, was slow and unclear. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I moved in here and the managers are horrible they won’t help and only want your money stay away no matter the offer moving here is the worst decision I have ever done DONT MOVE HERE!! Horribly management this building is is also infested with bed bugs and has rats this is the worse leaving experience I have had. I was never notified to bed bugs in the building before moving in. STAY AWAY. THE COMPANY DRAKE THAT MANGES THIS have horrible service
If zero were a possibility , this review would have been a zero star. Company boasts about ," accountability, quality, community" . The mismanagement of their property is outrageous. You cannot get a hold of anyone when repairs / safety is an issue, or for emergency situations (I.e.people stuck in the elevator.
