I was a co-signer with my son on a property at 901 Vine St. in Hollywood. Nice building and honestly, they were great at maintenance as they had a great on-site person in Edwin. The building was quiet. Too much so that it's kinda depressing. My complaint is in the return of the security deposit or lack thereof. The lease is vague regarding painting and they charge every tenant upon move out for painting (painting at retail prices and labor to the tune of $900 for a studio) whether your walls are in pristine shape or not.
