I had a terrible experience with Lydia M. Lydia handled my case when it came to the diminished value of my vehicle and was horrible when it came to communication by never returning calls or texts. She never followed up with follow ups that she said she would give me and I was never in the loop regarding my case when it came to anything she was in charge of.
