The Dr. Kendra wouldn't see my brother only for arriving a minute late after the 5 minute grace period. We come from out of town, now we have to wait 4 more months so to see her how ridiculous. We will for sure be looking for another neurologist.

I would like to express my disappointment with this clinic's customer service. My mother, who cares for my grandparents and one of my aunts, who has a disability and is also a patient at the clinic along with my grandfather, has received the worst kind of mistreatment from the receptionist on multiple occasions. Dr. Drake is AWESOME she was great with my mother that suffers from dementia and has had seizures, she prescribed some medicine to her and my mom has not suffered any seizures since, also recommends different meds that could potentially improve her well being all together. She listens to you very well and is very compassionate with my 85 year old mother. Thank you Dr. Drake!!
