They were able to come out the same day I called.
Ive been with many companies through various services but Drake takes first place in customer care and service in my book. I've been with them for 7 or 8 years now. Have always had a service contact for my home and rentals. We just had to replace our 15 yr old furnace and a/c... Not something we wanted to spend on, but It's inevitable.
