Contract scam alert!! The actual AC fixing part was perfectly fine. Having a small monthly payment for prompt future service was also still fine. Being surprised To learn I've already been duped into a locked-in yearly plan with a small cancelation window next May, plus the customer service rep. Is now haggling for $$$$ before doing what I was promised by the tech? That's the line, right there.
