If you want quality and an owner that you can get ahold of, this is not the company to call. Everything is sub-contracted out to undocumented workers for subservient wages. The owner is either hunting or “hanging out” and not around to actually take care of business. This is definitely a Hillbilly operation, most clearly. They’ll take good care of you as long as you have an enormous roof with a huge insurance payout and they are STILL waiting on the last check. After that folks; you’re on your own!

at the beginning great very good sales men. once work started the problems began. the sun roof is not wood the roofers did not bring the material that goes under shingles. so they used the same material that they put on house roof. but only patched the sections that where damaged during shingle removal. luckily I work close by and come home for lunch almost every day. It's been about five years since my roof was replaced and I had a couple of questions about a problem I was having. I tried calling the sales rep 3 times that sold the roof and left a message to call me back because I was having a small problem. Of course he didn't. I just tried again and my phone number was block. I also left a message with the office one time and they never called back either. We had a great experience with Drake Exteriors. I live in a small townhome development, and one night one of our residents came home from a trip to find a big leak and interior damage. Jacob came out during a storm to help get the situation under control. He was incredibly helpful when we were figuring out what we needed to do, he always explained all of our options thoroughly and helped me understand the insurance process.
