This practice grew from one to two in the last 2 years. The staff employed jumped from 9 to 25. Ads for employment are kept running year round to keep up with the exponential growth. All staff are extensively trained and take pride in patient care.
I'm wondering why this office constantly is in the process of hiring, there seems to be a lot of turnover there, and the people that are hired quit or are not happy, I met with the office manager, and I was not impressed, she is very abrasive, and not to friendly, I can certainly see why they are always hiring people. Perhaps, the dentists that SHE works for, could take a closer look at her unprofessional habits, as it might open their eyes to why no one stays employed there.
