Everyone in the office is great. Had a wonderful cleaning with Amanda. She was very gentle and very nice!
This facility is like the Taj Majal of dentists office. The dentist and hygienist were on pointe, effective, personable and efficient. The hygienist provides a running play-by-play of what’s going to happen next and why, and the front desk were friendly and courteous. I am almost disappointed that there’s nothing I can recommend for improvement. What could possibly make the experience better? We had three back-to-back appointments for our kids, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. Our hygienist was incredibly patient, friendly, and efficient—managing to keep each child calm, comfortable, and even smiling throughout their cleanings. Nicole took the time to explain everything in a way that made the kids feel included and at ease, which as any parent knows, makes a huge difference. Fantastic care, beautiful office. Autumn, the dental assistant that helped me, is very knowledgeable and patient and took her time to make sure I was comfortable, despite some anxiety I had coming in. Dr. Mallory worked quickly and precisely and kindly paused for more pain meds when I needed them during my crown procedure. My husband and 16 yr old son are also patients at Drake Dental and have had nothing but good experiences as well. Your whole family will love it here!
