I've lived here since 2018 and was fine never had an issue until new management took over in September 2024. 1. Rent increased and was notified 4 days before the new rent. 2. You can't receive packages at leasing office. If you get package delivered in mailroom high chance of it getting stolen. 3. They don't work with you if rent is late. Just a lot of eviction notices 4. This place is like a hidden gem. My 1 bed 1 bath apartment was very spacious. Great management team as well, took care of things instantly and carefully.

Now that it is managed by NuStyle the property is GREAT!!! There were issues with prior management companies but as long as NuStyle maintains control it will be an awesome place to live. Peter and Casey are great to work with in the office...Mike is a great maintenance guy...5 STAR!!! Now Lori is here and she is as good as Casey was. It doesn't get better than this...So grateful for all the staff does to make us all feel welcome and wanted.
