I submitted a work order on June 29 because my dryer is not working, and I still have not been contacted by anyone regarding the repair. I have also reached out to the office, but they have not been helpful. It seems there is no one available to address maintenance issues in a timely manner. In addition, no one has come to replace my air filter, which should be part of the regular maintenance. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing.
I’ve been living in these apartments since 2010 The old management Nustyle was amazing .. The new management HD Omaha is awful. They are rude. They don’t fix anything. They don’t remove the ice in the winter. So if you wanna slip and fall, you definitely can. A bird flew into the front door an died it stayed on the stoop until it had maggots Growing from it. Don't let the shiny new appliances in some of the units fool you. HD Omaha seems to be focused on progress for the sake of progress and not how it affects tenants. Look directly at their reviews as they own this property. The tenants of this complex unionized in March 2025 for better living conditions after HD took over in September 2024. The expensive rent and added fees are not worth it. All utilities are billed to tenants, CAM fee $50 monthly, $65 monthly for a garage parking space.
