I have to give a shout out to Matt! If my pay check ever ends in the day of the 7th or etc, he is always willing to work with me, not charge a late fee and is always attentive to my emails. It’s hard finding any place that will do that and be okay and work with you. The apartments are updated, clean and while the gate and keys can be frustrating, I do think they keep crime out and keep our areas more clean!

Constant break ins and gun shots around the area. Management doesnt respond to emails. It took me 4-5 months to get my AC/heater fixed.

I submitted a work order on June 29 because my dryer is not working, and I still have not been contacted by anyone regarding the repair. I have also reached out to the office, but they have not been helpful. It seems there is no one available to address maintenance issues in a timely manner. In addition, no one has come to replace my air filter, which should be part of the regular maintenance. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing.

There is dog poop everywhere and trash . The grass that is in Front of the property gets so high in the summer you have to complain to the city before they cut it. I’ve ... read more
