From surgery-bound to pain-free -Cheryl is a miracle worker! A true gem! After 18 months of severe elbow pain, months of therapy, and a cortisone shot that only helped for five weeks, I was scheduled for surgery. After being treated letting by Cheryl, I feel 90% better and canceled my surgery. I can now lift a gallon of milk with ease. Just do yourself the favor and make an appointment and if you're lucky enough to get in, Cheryl will help you. Period. I've been around the block of seeking help more than I'd like to admit and nobody does what Cheryl does, nobody does it the way she does, and most importantly - nobody else has been able to invoke lasting change before. If I could give more stars, I would!

Better than morphine! I’ve been working with Cheryl since 2022 when I came from Raleigh for “a few weeks” because I was desperate for relief after a 14 hour back surgery in 2020 (my 5th since 2006) left me in severe pain. Cheryl is highly skilled. She’s especially good at working with scars, trauma, and the nervous system. She has something like 34 years of experience. It is very rare to find a bodyworker/manual therapist with that kind of experience. In her case she has acquired very advanced skills and ways of working. You will feel seen and heard. Go for it.
