Nick did a thorough inspection of our pipes in Toronto. He’s detailed-oriented and ensured all our plumbing was up to standard.
The technician was extremely friendly and approachable. They answer led al my question patiently and made sure I understand the issue before started working.
A huge thank you to Armanda, who arrived at my home the same day I called. He gave me a very fair quote to remove my 100-year-old cast iron double laundry tub, dig 5 ft horizontally through my concrete basement floor, install new piping and a new double tub, and "reconcrete" the floor. He/his guys arrived two days later (it wasn't an emergency), completed the work, and left the area as clean as it had been previously.
I contacted this company after experiencing a plumbing problem at home, and they were able to help much sooner than expected. The technician was polite and professional
