I can't say enough about the team at DrainWorks! J.P. was my first contact with the company. He was friendly, helpful and scheduled an appointment for later that same day. Lou was kind and thorough in his assessment of the problem. He was professional and his diagnosis, timeline for repair and cost were reasonable. Fantastic - I would highly recommend them. They were one of the few people who provided me a fixed fee quote on the phone, honoured it and didn't try and upsell me when they arrived. Lou and Josh were consummate professionals, from the moment they walked in the house. They delivered as per the estimate, which was far better than anyone else who quoted. Excellent service and just nice people at every interaction.

Wow, what a great experience dealing with Armando, Josh and JP! Had found DrainWorks from a Google search in my area and was looking for a home plumbing inspection and some minor repairs and found the team very knowledgeable, customer service oriented and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! I had a leak on my ceiling, underneath a bathroom. I researched and quoted many plumbers. I went with Drainworks because of the service from JP over the phone. He's super nice and went above and beyond. Chris was the plumber who fixed the issues. He was very nice, thorough, and explained the work he was doing in a way that made sense to a non-plumber. You can tell these people are genuine and want to help their customers!
