Called one time to ask for an update and the service man got pissy and canceled on us. Thanks again drain tech. 2 days out on a new appointment with a competitor. Go elsewhere, they act like they are doing you a favor. 5 stat reviews seems a bit like a bot or two, huh?
Very unprofessional company. Waited 3 weeks to have a septic tank cleaned out. Company never showed up and when I called they said they didn’t show because they didn’t have my credit card on file after giving it to them 3 weeks ago when I made the appointment. There response was we don’t keep that information on file for that long. Called Avalanche and they were able to get me in the same day!
Fantastic company, employees nicest people, had an emergency they had me taken care in a couple of hours. Highly recommend Draintech!!!

My insurance company tried to contact Draintech multiple times but they would not respond to any calls or call them back. I also called Kyle and left him a message but he didn’t call me back. I then called the Draintech dispatcher and she said that their techs typically don’t talk to insurance companies and that the only information they could provide our insurance company is what is written on our invoice, “Sag in 1st floor bathroom line”.
