Very unprofessional company. Waited 3 weeks to have a septic tank cleaned out. Company never showed up and when I called they said they didn’t show because they didn’t have my credit card on file after giving it to them 3 weeks ago when I made the appointment. There response was we don’t keep that information on file for that long. Called Avalanche and they were able to get me in the same day!
Fantastic company, employees nicest people, had an emergency they had me taken care in a couple of hours. Highly recommend Draintech!!!

My insurance company tried to contact Draintech multiple times but they would not respond to any calls or call them back. I also called Kyle and left him a message but he didn’t call me back. I then called the Draintech dispatcher and she said that their techs typically don’t talk to insurance companies and that the only information they could provide our insurance company is what is written on our invoice, “Sag in 1st floor bathroom line”. Landlord contacted Draintech due to a major backup in the main line that needed jetting asap. Kyle was awesome and they were shorthanded that day. Kyle came out and did by himself what the competition said was going to take 2 people to do. He did it with a smile, and was very pleasant his entire time working on the sewage line. Very accommodating and prompt upon arrival time. Kyle took the time to explain everything going on in detail and was upfront with pricing, even though the landlord was paying for the repair.
