Exceptionally expensive, which is not in and of itself a bad thing, paying for quality is often worth it. They charged me a trip fee, then pushed my AM appointment back repeatedly so they could send someone who lived where I do out to mitigate the cost of a trip for them, while charging me. Job was also done improperly, a sink that was flowing fine before there work was nearly completely blocked, and they wanted to charge nearly $300 to fix the problem that didn't exist before they worked. I called Drains R US for help with a sewer clog. They had a Plumber out asap and got the problem resolved in less than 3h. Both the Owner and the Plumber talked me through what they thought the problem was and the solution. These guys were great all around. Plumbing problems suck but DRU made this one a lot easier to deal with. Would give 5+ if I could.

Nick and Caleb(sorry if spelling not correct)did an EXCELLENT JOB installing a new water softener, installing a new laundry tub and faucet and installing a new outside pipe for lawn watering etc. They were efficient, neat and professional!! All future plumbing work goes to Drains R Us!!
