Hired Drains R Us to replace the 65 year old degrading water pipes in our house. Travis and his helper did an excellent job, cleaned up everything afterwards and came in under budget. I would highly recommend Drains R Us for any plumbing needs you have.

Excellent service for clearing a blocked sewer line. 2-years later, I called them back to install a new hot water tank and filtration system. Clear communication and got along well with dogs in the house. Highly recommended!
Big mistake hiring them. Extremely overpriced and no transparency. They refused to provide an upfront quote, did not tell us the hourly rate. They charged us 800 dollars to hook up a dishwasher and replace a kitchen faucet. Job well done but a total rip off. Not using them again.
