We hired Drains Inc to quote us for all of our underground plumbing requirements for our new space. From the beginning to the end Josh was a pleasure to work with. He was able to complete our project on time and on budget. I really liked how he recommended a camera inspection of the existing drains so we had peace of mind that the new drains would work with the older ones in the building.
My drains always gave me issues but when they started backing up I called Drains Inc. to come out and find the problem on a Friday Night. Josh came out and had found large amounts of grease in the main sewer pipe from the previous owners and was able to clear the problem but when it happened again Josh came back and convinced me to jet my drains and I’m glad he did.
