Did a tremendous job and saved me money.
Scott Draine was sent out by Cross Country Home Warranty to diagnose and repair my HVAC during 100+ temperatures and he was told it was a medical emergency. He ignored me for the first 5 days, misdiagnosed the problem, the 'fix' lasted less than 24 hours. Took another week to get him back out. Said nothing was wrong, then struggled with it and said I need another AC unit. He picked up new AC unit and scheduled 3 appts, all of which he no showed, then kept the new unit and told my home warranty company he couldn't work for me... read more
