I needed help with a clogged bathroom sink so I called and they were able to come within a timely manner and with my schedule. They got here about 5-10 minutes early, had the sink unclogged, and was leaving within 20-30. I will be recommending Drainco Plumbing to everyone I know.
Outstanding! My brother in laws water heater wasn't working for two days. That's not unusual but it was complicated by him being handicapped and really needed hot water. The guys worked in wet and cramped quarters but got it done and done correctly. Thanks so much for a job well done.
Are they still in business? Call them Monday, someone answered the phone and said they would be here Tuesday morning at 8:20 AM. I'm still waiting for them to show up. I've left a message twice, no one has bothered to call me back. When I had them work on our plumbing last year we loved them would have rated them a 6 if we could now??? Drainco if you are still in business please call us. We have left the number on your answering machine and we gave it to you when you said you would be out to see us. Thank you
Woke up this morning to backed up drains, toilet not flushing, and sludge in the bathtub. Called several places, ended up using Drainco. Excellent service, seemed very caring and concerned. Came out on a Sunday afternoon, at a very reasonable price and very quickly! Would highly recommend to anyone. GREAT SERVICE!
