I had a good experience last year with Drainco and in trust decided to go with them again when I had another problem. The owner showed up to look at my leak problem and we looked at everything and he gave me a verbal $2500 quote. I didn’t ask for it in writing as last year he quoted me verbally and that was what I ended up having to pay. He showed up the next day and nothing was new and no new realizations with a new supply run, some waste lines to be replaced and a spigot. FINALLY! A company who delivers! I’ve been battling a slow/clogged kitchen sink drain for years. Over time, several plumbers have tried to help, but usually only provided a temporary fix. We called for a second opinion, so glad we did! First estimate was $3300.00 and DRAINCO came out did some investigating only to find out we had calcium buildup at the faucet’s. Charge was $60.00. Whew! Thank You DRAINCO!!! I would recommend this company any day. They took the time to explain in detail what the problem was and the charge was reasonable.
