This review is for the October 2025 services. Not our first call to Bruce and Drainbusters and we are totally satisfied with their service. This time we determined we had un under the slab hot water pipe water leak. Chris and Steven came out and we discussed several ways to solve the problem. The main problem was no hot water!! We all agreed that re-piping the entire house was the most efficient way to fix the problem over the long-term (20+ years). We had a big problem when the kitchen sink clogged up. I used Drain Busters last year with a bathroom clog, and was fully satisfied, I decided to call again . Bruce came out within a couple of hours and really took time to hear my concerns and explained what he would be doing. He thoroughly cleared my drain and cleaned up afterward. Very nice!
