The service/repairman were absolutely awesome! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would highly recommend Drain Busters to be your first choice for septic/plumbing needs.
Bruce came out this morning (Sunday) to help us identify a problem with our septic system. He did an amazing job of explaining everything to us, and unclogging the portion of the tank that was clogged. The service we received was exceptional! We’ll use Drain Busters in the future for all of our plumbing needs.
Drain Busters did a great job pumping and inspecting my septic tank. This was their first time at the property, and I’m a new owner, so none of us knew exactly where the tank was located. They spent a lot of time probing and even contacted the public health department to track down records, which they gave me to keep for future reference. Once they found it, they pumped and cleaned the tank thoroughly and even gave me some free advice on a few other small plumbing projects I had questions about. Bruce was really efficient.
Of all things, during one of our violent storms lightning struck the house and immediately water began leaking from under the bathroom wall soaking our bedroom carpet. Drain Busters was there in an hour when no one else would come until the next day. By that afternoon the problem was fixed and it wasn’t a small job even getting to the leak. I don’t think anyone could have done a better job. Thanks
