Yves, Laurel I bought a new sewer ejector pump and sump pump for my basement and needed a local licensed plumper to do the job. I was instructed by a friend to contact Drain Works LLC and I am so glad I did. The job knowledge of this guy, the professionalism and yes the pricing are just unbelievable…can’t be matched. Well, now I know who to call with my plumbing problems.
Our drains backed up suddenly on a Monday morning when we were all getting ready to go to work. We found Drain Works on the internet and called. They were friendly, understood it was an emergency and got two really helpful plumbers out within two hours. They did a great job spotting the problem and suggested a solution that was very reasonable and cost-effective. I contacted Drain Works LLC to get a quote to replace my bathroom sink, recaulk my tub, and patch up the paint and drywall in my bathroom to put my towel holders back up. Jorge was very professional and came to my house to look at everything and to give me a quote. Before Jorge, I got quotes from two other local companies. I went with Jorge, because he took the time to do a thorough check of the problems and he also had the most reasonable pricing. I had a leak on a late Friday night, called several plumbing companies some didn't offer emergency service others never showed. Found these guys on line couldn't find a review so I was hesitant to call but I'm glad I did, operator was really concern about my emergency directed me to shut main water off to minimize damage and within the hour a polite and knowledgeable plumber replaced the bad copper pipe, he kept the work area clean and the price was really fair.
