Carl and Gavin are awesome. 1st time, came out for upgrades same day. On time, did what they said and gave me price before fixing. 2nd time, came out same day when the concrete company busted the new pipe and refused to fix it. Carl sent Gavin right over before Christmas to make sure I had water, as it was turned off at the street. Fixed the problem immediately, that again....another guy caused. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Drain Wizard. I contacted them yesterday to request help for a leaky ice maker valve behind our refrigerator. Carl, the owner sent his plumber Gavin to the house (same day) who assessed our problem. Gavin was professional, knowledgeable and capable and resolved the issue on site in less than an hour. The service was very reasonably priced as well. We were more than satisfied and are happy to now have a plumbing company that we can trust to call in the future. Would recommend!!
