Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fair priced. Collapsed cast iron drain pipes in 2 bathrooms, led to my decision to do total remodels. Drain Wizard, Carl and his team came to my rescue! Mold discovered in one bathroom which led to Carl calling a mold remediation company which side tracked his work for a few days. Once that was done, Carl and his team returned and continued their work. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. I now have 2 beautiful new bathrooms! Thank you Drain Wizard!

Carl came over quickly and fixed my plumbing issue (replaced a rusted line in my bathroom sink). He answered all my questions, told me when things didn't need to be replaced, had very reasonable prices, and was super friendly. Thank you!

Called these guys at 9 this morning about a leaky water heater. kind of knew it was a problem with the pressure valve, but hey, we're no plumbers! The young lady that answered the phone said "he's right around the corner" and could be here within minutes. Carl was able to fix the issue so quickly and easily that he didn't even charge us!! He even called back a few hours later to check on it. Wow, you just don't see this level of service these days.
