Awesome customer service
Great service all the way around. Gavin arrived early and got the root blockage out. He was able to get the water flowing again within an hour. Gavin explained future maintenance and steps to take in the future. If you have roots in your pipes I would recommend using them.
Had a terrible main sewer line clog and tried everything I could and finally gave in and called Carl at Drain Wizard, Carl set an appointment for me and arrived when he said he would. After a little inspection he know what to look for and in a short period of time my issues were resolved! Carl made some suggestions that could make any future issues easier to take care of as well! I highly recommend Drain Wizard and Carl for any plumbing issues and will always be my go to company!! 5 STAR SERVICE!!!
Needed a quick turnaround for a home inspection to bind our hazard insurance. Carl sent his tech Gavin out the next day and he completed everything on the list and then some. He inspected everything and went the extra mile to fix issues that could have potentially been future problems. If I could give them 10 stars I would! On time, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. Highly, highly recommend!!!
Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fair priced. Collapsed cast iron drain pipes in 2 bathrooms, led to my decision to do total remodels. Drain Wizard, Carl and his team came to my rescue! Mold discovered in one bathroom which led to Carl calling a mold remediation company which side tracked his work for a few days. Once that was done, Carl and his team returned and continued their work. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. I now have 2 beautiful new bathrooms! Thank you Drain Wizard!
