Called and explained my situation and in about an hour and a half, Jason came out and fixed my plumbing issues! He was very professional, kind, and efficient. He had the parts I needed on his truck and was finished in about 45 minutes. Will definitely be using again and would recommend Jason!

We had 2 patio drains backing up.Drain Town Rooter was the 2nd company to give us a quote. Their prices were reasonable and they were very nice over the phone. They spent a lot of time cleaning the drain lines. They had good equipment that could clear the drains and then ran a camera to see the cause. We are satisfied with their work, their price, and their customer service.
You may see a bunch of reviews about Drain Town from my husband and I. You might think that is fishy or maybe they have really crummy pipes. Rest assured it is the latter. When you have a 60+ year old home with original pipes built on a sandy, rocky hill with lots of trees and plants you are going to have issues.
