Amazing same-day professional and kind service. Absolutely recommend them.
Reached out on Thursday evening regarding a water heater replacement. I received 3 quotes from other “local” companies. Joey was able to beat all 3 quotes AND was able to show up early the next morning. Joey was prompt and on time, professional and efficient. From explaining the process, to draining / removing the old water heater, to installing / testing the new one. All went super smoothly and was completed before noon. The Drain Surgeon will have my business from here on out!
Wow! Jodie (Jody?) Arrived on time and PERFECTLY cleared the backup from out Grandon liberally pouring dental floss picks, (which create a perfect trap for TP (and you-know what) from flushing properly - along with makeup pads and a nice big solid bar of soap so everything would be nice and clean. These guys were subcontracted from another company. Jose arrived on time, explained his work, and completed the job promptly. He also cleaned up after himself. I would prefer to hire these guys directly next time to avoid the company that subcontracted them, as I was not satisfied with their service.
These guys came out on short notice and cleaned out the drain for a fair price. Would definitely use them again.
