Wow! Jodie (Jody?) Arrived on time and PERFECTLY cleared the backup from out Grandon liberally pouring dental floss picks, (which create a perfect trap for TP (and you-know what) from flushing properly - along with makeup pads and a nice big solid bar of soap so everything would be nice and clean. These guys were subcontracted from another company. Jose arrived on time, explained his work, and completed the job promptly. He also cleaned up after himself. I would prefer to hire these guys directly next time to avoid the company that subcontracted them, as I was not satisfied with their service.
These guys came out on short notice and cleaned out the drain for a fair price. Would definitely use them again.
