I had a great experience with Drain Solvers. Bob was honest, efficient, and straightforward about the issue from the start. Pricing was fair with no upselling or surprises, and the work was done quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly knows what they’re doing and respects your time and money. I’d absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Work completed: Cleaned and scoped main cast iron waste line in home to city connection.
Bob, Cheryl and crew were awesome! Started out removing a broken hand snake, then scoping and clearing up to 100 ft. root clog. House built in '71 (we bought in '91) - no clean-out. Removed 9x9 ft.cement driveway pad - (carefully cut memory portion w/kids hand prints). Installed clean-out. I will restore pad next to 25 ft. spruce (roots!). 4-5 man crew for~ 8 hrs. - backhoe, dump truck etc. All work explained carefully, expedient and clean. Excellent experience, would recommend - easy to schedule a quick appointment, very reasonably priced, and Bob did a great job of explaining all work, providing recommendations, and following up to make sure I had everything I needed.
