Amazing customer service. Over this winter, my pipes had bursted and they were able to come out fast. They gave me a good price, not expensive. The work they do is professional and clean. I’ve recommended to family and friends.

His peers tell me he is not even a licensed plumber. The contractor was sent to my house to fix a leak downstairs and he removed part of my main line, replacing it with materials that will not pass inspection. He had to return after his initial work burst and caused an even bigger leak. He also installed a huge, hideous splash guard and silicone caulking (all over the tile floor) in my upstairs bathroom, claiming that would fix the leak that was clearly coming from inside the wall. Scheduled an appointment in a 4 hour window. They did not show up, no call to let us know, or to reschedule. Have called multiple times and left messages and never got a call back.
