I called Scott about changing a bathroom sink I did business with him in the past he was always far Scott had one of his worker's show up. The worker came with the new sink and did the work it took 1.5 hours to complete the work was good He gave me the bill it was $450. I have even done some work or diagnostics free of charge. When my guys go out in the field and do their job it is not on a hourly basis. We have never been hourly. Their job starts with going to the supply house, searching for your item, purchasing it, driving to your home and doing the work. I had Drain Runner Plumbing fix a toilet that kept running. Scott was so professional, personable, honest and respectful. It wasn't as easy as they thought. They had to go get a new part and when that part they were told would work was a 1/4 off, Scott came back the next morning with the correct width and stayed until he was sure everything worked properly.
