Costed $315 for a snake there was an issue with duplicate billing - but the duplicate charge was refunded. I appreciated the expediency of the resolution.
Was absolutely blown away but the customer service provided by Juan. We had a very minor problem and he came out for a free assessment. We only had an odor coming out of a main clean out which was missing some bolts. I'm sure he could have swung me into paying for the bolts, or a new plug, and his labor, but instead he gave me honest and truthful advice on how it could be fixed.
