Had them install a dishwasher, it start Leaking so we had a dishwasher tech come out. The tech said it was installed so bad that he was wouldn’t pull it out until he ordered more parts cause he knew more would break. He also told us a lot of parts were not even installed at all and wires were not covered properly.

I LOVE these guys!! They are the best in town and so great at what they do! They have saved my pipes in a pinch, and even came and helped me out with a clog last minute saving me the expense of shamefully having a ton that wouldn't drain when my mother in law came to visit!! (Their reasonable priced, speedy service worth it's weight in gold for saving me from inlaw embarrassment alone!) Today was the second time we’ve had Drain Raider, Eugene to our house to fix a problem. Both times, the initial phone contact was after hours and friendly. Today, Aubrey and Allan were here to replace a broken pipe fitting in the crawl space which left us with no hot water. They were on time, friendly, professional, and had us fixed up in under an hour. I've been working with Drain Raider for three years and they are absolutely the best. They've installed a new sewage line for my old house, a new dishwasher, and—most recently—a new water heater. I can't recommend them highly enough—wonderful people, fast to respond, and fairly priced!
