I used Drain Raider for the first time yesterday. I had a problem with sudden high pressure in my water line and called another plumber with no timely response. I was referred to Drain Raider by one of their commercial customers and immediately received a call back from their office. I had a 9am service call with Randy the following day. I called Drain Raider today, 5-15-26. I operate an Airbnb and my guests had just let me know the toilets were not flushing and one was leaking. Drain Raiders arrived shortly after my call. Darnell and Kaleb did an amazing job, quickly clearing my clogged line and making sure they were as least intrusive to my guests as possible. Your prompt, excellent work, at a reasonable price is very much appreciated! I'd say I'll call again, but kinda hoping to not have any more plumbing problems...but if I do, I'll be calling you!

Darnell did an excellent, professional job assessing and solving my issues with water coming up into my bathtub and a gurgling toilet. He worked hard with a positive attitude, explaining everything to me along the way. As roots in my pipes made the job more challenging, Darnell’s high skill level was on display. Reasonably priced! Highly recommend!
