Gage showed up when scheduled, was able to unclog our drain and was very helpful when I asked questions.
If you are looking for an honest and reliable plumber the team at Drain Pro are the best. I had been having issues with my drain pipe for my washing mashing for a while. I had another plumbing company come out and they did the very minimum to clear whatever was clogging it. Well that didn't help or work. Very fast and kind. Gage knew what to do and very professional. My kitchen sink was clogged and smelled so bad. Now everything is good.
Excellent customer service and professional. I called them up, they sent a guy out named Gage by the next day. He had the basement floor drain cleaned and draining like it was brand new within thirty minutes, and taught me a ton about how drains work, what can cause clogs, etc.
Drain Pro is exactly what the name suggests. If you need help with a drain problem, these are the guys to call. They are prompt, reliable, professional and polite. They have saved us several times now, and given us great advice to help solve our problems long term. I highly recommend this company!
