In the middle of the cold snap my tankless water heater stopped working. Did not waste anytime calling our local D&PS. Dima showed up within an hour to my rescue. I have used D&PS many times in the past and always a positive experience. No surprise costs, detailed explanation, options no pressure, full transparency, cleanliness and professionalism.

This was the first time using Drain & Plumbing Services and it will not be the last time. From calling, setting up the appointment and the time frame they gave me for when the technician would be at the house was spot on. The next hurdle, would now be the technician himself. The tech they send out was Dmytro and he was superb. From arrival, setting up, carrying out the task of power rodding the main sewer line and cleaning up, I was very impressed.
