A few days ago, I called to make an appointment for a clogged sink, and they had a technician come out to complete the service within less than 24 hours. I couldn't be home at the time of service, so I left them a key. I expressed my concerns about my cats running out of the apartment and Josh, my technician, took my concerns seriously and made sure the kitties were safe during the service.
