I called Drain Monkeys. I got a voicemail as to my issue. Was told that they would call back within 5 minutes. It was about 2 minutes that I got a call back. They said that could be to my house by 2pm. They showed up at 1pm. Looked over both of my drains. Within 30 minutes they had both drains cleared. They walked us through the issues and how to do prevention. Cleaned up the little messes made. Offered Veteran discount. If I ever need another drain cleared I am sure to call again. I called to have a main septic line cleared out. He arrived on time - actually a few minutes early! After inspection, he told me that wasn't the problem but what I could do to fix the problem myself. He gave me the option of having him try anyway with the caveat that it may not work, or leave it alone and I can fix myself. Honesty and integrity - how rare is that nowadays? Tom and (I think) Nathan arrived on time and ready to tackle the problem. I had another company out and all I got from them was a ripped up home and a HUGE bill; and the blockage was still there! These guys explained what they were doing, had me watch as they ran the cam cable through the pipe, then they removed the blockage and showed me that the pipe was clear!! Definitely recommend them. My pipes were very plugged and they got here even earlier the expected and quickey got them fixed. Very professional and very good price for the job
