I've used Drain Medics in the past and they've been great. Today (6/21/17), however, was a HORRIBLE experience (the tech did get drain open - at least for now)! Tech called me 1 1/2 hours AFTER scheduled appointment time to say he was on his way. After he arrived, he spent roughly 1/2 hour in his van on phone arguing with his wife and "vaping". We have been their customers for a very long time, we never had any problems before. Our drain had been clogged and it was connected to the washing machine line. They did not do their job correctly. This was yesterday when they supposedly fixed it. This morning we tried to do a load of laundry and the water was coming up. We called since they said there was a warranty and they wanted us to pay for it. Ridiculous! I asked to speak to the manager and the man gave me the number. Only to turn out it was him. The best drain cleaning company in all of St Louis. No games calling back asking for more money. Been using them for over 4 years for all of my rentals. You will be glad you did.
