Our house has a section of original clay sewer lateral under the street that "can't" aka won't be replaced, while we replaced the accessible section between the house and street edge years ago. Like clockwork, every 3-4 years the clay section will fill with roots enough to require cleanout. I actually had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. My service guy was Steve and he did an excellent job of unclogging my kitchen sink. He even fixed the low water pressure from my kitchen faucet. He was professional and answered all of my questions about things going on with my plumbing system. He was very helpful. To me they are fair and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. Great job Steve and thank you again.
Drain medics just left my house and I couldn't be more happy with there service! He unclogged my washer drain and didn't charge me an arm and leg. I am a long time user of roto rooter but there prices have become ridiculous my maintenance guy at work referred me to drain medics and i gave them a call. So glad we did.
