My waterline broke on my side of the meter on Christmas Eve morning. Drain mechanics put me on the schedule for that afternoon. Their plumber Brian came early (called first to make sure that was ok). He showed me where the problem was, explained how he would make the repair so that it should not be an issue again. He got to work and got the job completed in a very timely manner. I hear you. I too was hoodwinked. I was charge for a too large drain field, $ 500.00 for 2 plastic filters ( retail 12.00) , $ 3200.00 for 8 loads of sand, I counted 5 trucks ( was home the entire install time ) , $ 6000.00 to dray up a servey of existing tanks and were 12 ' off, waited 3 months for the city of Palm BAy to get off their ass's and ok the permit, was lead to believe could get resodded, but the tone changed when I requested the resodding. $12,000.00 for a hole with sand????
