The company overall is wonderful. My not so DIY project quickly turned into a disaster. I called Drain Masters at about 9 pm last night as I was now without water in my home completely. I told the service rep my problem and within minutes a gentleman named Brad called me back and told me exactly what I needed and that he’d be here the next morning. I give a 5 star review for Ed. He has been outstanding and professional during our interactions. The other representative didn’t even know up to the appointment but luckily Ed squeezed me in right when he got back from vacation.

Brad Davidson was amazing he called me very quickly and was here in 30 mins he was very kind and professional ... as a woman he made me feel very comfortable and explained to me what the problem was and didn’t make me feel dumb at all...
