Very good quality and prompt service. Kevin was able to attend to my problem on the same day, and he explained to me the root cause and ways to prevent the issue from occurring in the future. Great customer service.
I was referred to Drain Masters by my cousin to fix a drain issue in my kitchen sink. Kevin and his Assistant were thorough. He was able to fit me in the same day that I reached out to him. The problem was resolved and I was pleased with the service.
I had poor drainage in my bathroom and water backing into my tub. After unsuccessfully trying to do it myself, I contacted Drain Masters and they came busted up the clog replaced a gasket and made a minor repair to the knobs in my bathroom. Water is now flowing as it should and no more backups. I contacted them yesterday and within 24 hours they showed and corrected my problem. They were kind, courteous and they accepted cash payment (I couldn’t find my credit card)! Five stars.
I would highly recommend Drain Masters. They were on time, friendly and did a great job unclogging my drain. It wasn't an easy job, since the pipe leading to the main outlet was almost totally blocked.
