Very nice person, did the job my property manager hired him for I believe he even locked my door for me when he left.
Very stressful expierence working with these folks. I called them because I needed new water valves for my washing machine as they were faulty and I needed to install the new machine. I called and asked if they could replace the valves, and install the machine and they said yes, my goal was for my tenants to not have to have people keep coming in and out of the unit. The tech arrived and surprise, its $400 to replace two valves that dont need anything moved to get to them, and they wont install the washing machine. Great, ba... read more
