So I came home today to find my whole parking area covered in crap and toilet paper with flies flying about and what a terrible stinch especially in this July heat. I guess they got the drain cleaned but clean up is not their thing. I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to park. Thanks guys.
So, I have a policy for home warranty coverage... they choose who gets to service our issues. They chose Drain Masters, and I had never heard of them before. The Drain Master plumber they sent out was fabulous! He found the issue and corrected it immediately. Thank you, Waylon for your assistance! The technicians that came to my home were friendly and my issue was a quick fix (they deserve 5 stars!). The problem I have is the company isn't upfront with their pricing. I didn't find anything on their website stating how much it cost just to get them out for a non-emergency or their hourly charge and nothing was mentioned before work started. It cost me over $150 for them to spend the 5 minutes to get my water heater to light (possible malfunctioning striker or control panel was the assessment). And yes I did attempt to ... read more
