I would give negative stars if I could. Lack of information, unclear & incomplete quote. Unprofessional office staff member who complained about repeating herself when my husband and I had questions about why we were being charged an extra $500. If you are dealing with American Home Shield & they send you Drain Master - RUN! From both companies.
Incredible service. Professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. So thankful for their help on fixing my external pipe leak.
The plumber sent cut my neighbor's water service by mistake. Although we called immediately, they said the person on call was not available and couldn't fix the problem until next morning. My neighbor had to call the city and pay a plumber they recommended to have their service restored that night. We explained this to Drain Masters and asked for a refund to her, which they didn't agree to do, arguing that our neighbor should have waited till next morning for their plumber. So I just had two young men come to my house. If I remember correctly, the apprentice was Dominic, and the plumber was Mitchom. They were both so intelligent and carry themselves so well. He identified the problem and fixed it and gave me quotes on other things. Very impressed with both of these young men and will definitely use them in the future. I don't really know how these posts work and I can't speak for the whole company. But if these are the young men they're sending out they're doing well
