Horrible customer service the work is very sloppy this is not who u wanna call ever trust me u will regret it !!!!!!!
This has been a nightmare experience for both me and my tenants. I normally don't like leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it's absolutely necessary. I paid this plumber $850, and what followed was unacceptable. They arrived around 7 PM, and the woman with him (I assume his wife) had an attitude right from the start. I was lucky enough to meet Chris and Jamell when they came to help my patient when I was treating her in her home. They had one bathroom and the toilet wouldn't work. When there wasn't a quick fix to a problem, they gave her time and privacy to talk to her husband on the phone and even offered to come back later that day. When they learned she couldn't afford the expensive fix, they stayed and fixed the problem at no cost (this being her own bathroom and her being disabled). Chris especially was kind and empathic.
