I was lucky enough to meet Chris and Jamell when they came to help my patient when I was treating her in her home. They had one bathroom and the toilet wouldn't work. When there wasn't a quick fix to a problem, they gave her time and privacy to talk to her husband on the phone and even offered to come back later that day. When they learned she couldn't afford the expensive fix, they stayed and fixed the problem at no cost (this being her own bathroom and her being disabled). Chris especially was kind and empathic.
