Our apartment complex is susceptible to water line leaks and damages because of its particular location at the front of the property. On Veterans Day we had an issue develop and called Drain King which we had used before. They came out within the hour and thinking one line would have to be run discovered that the "jury rigged" plumbing rerouting which was done by a well known plumber in NW CC several years ago presented numerous challenges. The service technician, George, refused to reschedule until he found the issue which he did find. He quickly resolved it.
